Hazelnut oil or extra-virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>Salt &amp; fresh ground pepper<\/li>\n<li>3 cup spring salad mix<\/li>\n<li>1 small apple (thinly sliced)<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. Italian flat leaf parsley<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. hazelnuts (toasted and halved)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Possible Toppings: Chives, Feta, Goat Cheese.<\/h4>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add perogies and cook stirring occasionally for 6 mins. Add to a large mixing bowl and Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Whisk together oil, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, combine lettuce, apple and parsley.
