(454g) Pelmen Foods Pelmeni*<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>8 oz White mushrooms (sliced)<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves of garlic (minced)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup White wine<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup Chicken broth<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp Flour<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp Freshly chopped parsley<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Boil perogies and stir occasionally for 5 mins. Drain and place in a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>In a skillet, heat up the olive oil, add garlic and mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes (until the mushrooms release their water)<\/li>\n<li>Add white wine and cook for another 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Wisk in flour and cook for a minute or 2.<\/li>\n<li>Add chicken broth stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.<\/li>\n<li>Add in the parsley, salt and pepper to taste.<\/li>\n<li>Toss in perogies.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n<p>*Use any of the savoury Pelmen Foods perogies or pelmeni for this recipe.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mushroom Wine Sauce 1 pkg.
