(454g)  Pelmen Foods Perogies<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 Large garlic cloves (minced)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup Sweet onion (finely diced)<\/li>\n<li>1 Large tomato (chopped)<\/li>\n<li>1 cup Green lentils (cooked)<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. Italian flat leaf parsley (finely chopped)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Possible Toppings: Crumbled Feta, Chilli Peppers, Cilantro, Greek Yogurt.<\/h4>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add perogies and cook stirring occasionally for 5 mins. Drain and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a large saut\u00e9 pan over medium heat, heat oil and saut\u00e9 garlic and onions until aromatic and translucent, 2-3 mins.<\/li>\n<li>Add tomato and cook until their juice have been released and they have broken down, about 5-6 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add lentils and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until well heated through, season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Add perogies and saut\u00e9, stir occasionally until well covered with saucy lentils.<\/li>\n<li>Top with parsley and serve warm.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lentil Saut\u00e9 1 pkg.
