(625g)  Pelmen Foods Perogy<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp. Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 Small onion (finely diced)<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. Garlic (minced)<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bd cup Tomatoes (diced)<\/li>\n<li>2 cup Zucchini (cut in \u00bc inch rounds)<\/li>\n<li>Salt and fresh ground pepper<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup Fresh parsley (finely chopped)<\/li>\n<li>Possible Toppings: Sour Cream, Chives.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Heat the oil in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and saut\u00e9 for 2 -3 minutes until soft and translucent.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Add tomatoes and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Bring tomatoes to a boil, turn heat down to low and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until tomatoes have reduced and slightly thickened.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in zucchini and simmer for an additional 10 minutes, until zucchini have softened.<\/li>\n<li>Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add perogies and cook stirring occasionally for 5 mins.<\/li>\n<li>Drain perogies and toss in with sauce and zucchini.<\/li>\n<li>Add to platter and Garnish with parsley.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Braised Tomato &amp; Zucchini Perogies 1 pkg.
