(454g)  Pelmen Foods Savoury Perogies<\/li>\n<li>4 Quality Italian sausage (casing removed, crumbled)<\/li>\n<li>2 Garlic cloves (thinly sliced)<\/li>\n<li>1 Bunch rapini (trimmed and steamed)<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp. Extra-virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. Fresh lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>Fresh ground pepper<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup Parmigiano-Reggiano (grated)<\/li>\n<li>Possible Toppings: Chilli Peppers (Pecorino Cheese, Asiago Cheese.)<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add perogies and cook stirring occasionally for 5 mins. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until just browned, 6-8 mins.<\/li>\n<li>Add garlic and continue cooking, stirring occasionally until garlic has softened and sausage has browned, 4-5 mins.<\/li>\n<li>Add perogies, rapini and olive oil, saut\u00e9 for 2-3 mins.
