(625g) Pelmen Foods Perogy<\/li>\n<li>8 Eggs<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup Greek yogurt<\/li>\n<li>\u00be cup goat feta (crumbled)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup  acon (chopped and cooked)<\/li>\n<li>4 Green onions (thinly sliced)<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. Fresh oregano (chopped)<\/li>\n<li>Salt and fresh ground pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add perogies and cook stirring occasionally for 5 mins. Drain perogies and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to 375 F. Butter a square 9&#215;9 square oven safe casserole dish.<\/li>\n<li>In a large glass mixing bowl, whisk eggs and yogurt in a large bowl. Mix in \u00bd cup of the feta cheese, bacon, onions, oregano and season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Pour mixture in prepared casserole dish and carefully add perogies distributing evenly. Place in preheated oven and bake for 10 mins.<\/li>\n<li>Carefully remove casserole from oven and sprinkle remaining \u00bc cup of feta cheese over egg mixture<\/li>\n<li>Place casserole back in the oven and bake until golden brown and center is set, 25-30 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Perogy Casserole 1 pkg.
