(454g) Pelmen Foods Savoury Perogies<\/li>\n<li>6 Quality breakfast sausage (cut in \u00bd inch slices)<\/li>\n<li>Fried eggs<\/li>\n<li>Green Garlic Pesto:<\/li>\n<li>3 Fresh garlic  (white and light green parts, chopped)<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp. Fresh lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>Salt and fresh ground pepper<\/li>\n<li>Possible Toppings: Parmesan Cheese, Feta, Goat Cheese, Sour Cream.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Boil perogies and stir occasionally for 6 mins. Drain and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>To prepare the pesto: Add green garlic, olive oil and lemon juice to a food processor. Pulse until a rough spreadable consistency. Season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until golden brown, 5-6 minutes. Remove from skillet and keep warm.<\/li>\n<li>Add perogies in hot skillet with sausage oil and fry until golden and crispy.<\/li>\n<li>On a large platter, add perogies and sausage and toss with pesto.<\/li>\n<li>Top with fried eggs.<\/li>\n<li>Toss perogies and sausage with pesto and top with fried eggs.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sausage, Eggs and Garlic Pesto 1 pkg.
