(454g) Pelmen Foods Pelmeni<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 Medium onion (finely diced)<\/li>\n<li>2 Garlic cloves (minced)<\/li>\n<li>12 Shiitake mushrooms (woody ends trimmed and sliced)<\/li>\n<li>2 Garlic cloves (thinly sliced)<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. Fresh rosemary (minced)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup Dry white wine<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<li>Possible Toppings: Chives, Sour Cream, Cr\u00e8me Fraiche, Greek Yogurt<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pelmeni and cook stirring occasionally for 5 mins. Drain and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a large saut\u00e9 pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and saut\u00e9 for 2-3 mins until translucent.<\/li>\n<li>Add mushrooms and rosemary and saute for 5-6 minutes until mushrooms are golden.<\/li>\n<li>Add wine to deglaze the pan and saute for an additional 1-2 mins, season with salt and pepper. Remove mushrooms from pan and keep warm.<\/li>\n<li>Turn heat up to high, add pelmeni and fry for 2-3 mins until golden &amp; crispy.<\/li>\n<li>Toss with mushrooms and serve warm.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fried Shiitake &amp; Rosemary 1 pkg.
