(454g ) Pelmen Foods Perogies<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp. Unsalted butter<\/li>\n<li>4 tbsp. Brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp. Cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1\u00bd oz Sweet dessert wine<\/li>\n<li>1 Large pear (quartered and seeds removed)<\/li>\n<li>50 g Dark chocolate melted<\/li>\n<li>Possible Toppings: ice cream, cr\u00e8me fraiche, sour cream with sugar, icing sugar.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>In a medium sauce pan, over medium heat, add butter and brown sugar and cook until butter and sugar have melted, about 1-2 minutes. Add cinnamon and sweet wine and stir well. Add pears and cook until they have softened, 4-5 mins turning carefully.<\/li>\n<li>Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Boil perogies and stir occasionally for 6 mins.<\/li>\n<li>Remove pears from their syrup and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Toss perogies in syrup and place them in dessert bowls.<\/li>\n<li>Top with pears and drizzle with melted dark chocolate.<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Caramelized Pear &amp; Chocolate 1 pkg.
