Icing sugar<\/li>\n<li>Cinnamon and sugar for dusting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Possible Toppings: ice cream, cr\u00e8me fraiche, sour cream with sugar, pistachio<\/h4>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Boil perogies and stir occasionally for 6 mins. Drain and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a small sauce pan over medium heat, add maple syrup and whisk in ginger. Bring to a boil and whisk in icing sugar.
