(454g) Pelmen Foods Perogies ( )<\/li>\n<li>8 Strips thick cut bacon (roughly chopped)<\/li>\n<li>4 cup Leaf lettuce (chopped)<\/li>\n<li>1 Large tomato (cut in 8 wedges)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Ranch Dressing:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd cup Sour cream<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup Buttermilk<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup Quality mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. Fresh dill (finely chopped)<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. Fresh chives (finely chopped)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp. Garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp. Fresh lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>To prepare dressing: In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients together until creamy. Season with salt and pepper and place in refrigerator to keep cold until ready to serve.<\/li>\n<li>Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add perogies and cook stirring occasionally for 6 mins, drain and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a large non-stick pan, cook bacon over medium heat until golden and crispy. 4-5 mins. Remove from pan and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Place pan back on medium heat with bacon oil. Add perogies and fry until golden 2-3 mins per side.<\/li>\n<li>On large platter, add lettuce, tomatoes and top with perogies.
