(454g) Savoury Pelmen Foods Perogies<\/li>\n<li>6 Strips thick bacon (chopped)<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. Unsalted butter<\/li>\n<li>1 Large garlic clove (minced)<\/li>\n<li>2 Large egg yolks<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup Parmesan (grated + extra for topping)<\/li>\n<li>Salt &amp; fresh ground pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Possible Toppings: Chives, Chilli Peppers, Basil.<\/h4>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add perogies and cook stirring occasionally for 5 mins. Reserve 2 tbsp. of perogy water.<\/li>\n<li>In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until lightly golden. Add butter and garlic, cook for an additional 2-3 mins until butter has melted and garlic is translucent.<\/li>\n<li>Add perogies and saut\u00e9 for 2-3 minutes longer.<\/li>\n<li>In a small bowl, add egg yolks, \u00bc cup of parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Whisk until well incorporated.<\/li>\n<li>Remove perogies from heat and add egg mixture and 2 tbsp. of perogy water mixing until well incorporated and creamy.<\/li>\n<li>Place in pasta bowl and top with extra parmesan cheese.
