(454g)  Pelmen Foods Pelmeni<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. Soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. Hoisin sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. Sesame oil<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. Sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. Cornstarch<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. Canola oil<\/li>\n<li>8 Dried chilies<\/li>\n<li>1 Large garlic clove (thinly sliced)<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. Fresh ginger (minced)<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. Unsalted peanuts<\/li>\n<li>2 Green onions (thinly sliced, white and green parts)<\/li>\n<li>Possible Toppings: Cilantro, Chillies<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add perogies and cook stirring occasionally for 6 mins. Drain and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, whisk together vinegar, soy, hoisin, sesame oil sugar and corn starch. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add chillies and saut\u00e9 for 1 min.<\/li>\n<li>Add garlic and ginger and saut\u00e9 for an additional minute.<\/li>\n<li>Pour in sauce and perogies and mix well.
