(454g)  Pelmen Foods Dessert Perogies<\/li>\n<li>2 Peaches cored  (cut into \u00bc inch slices)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup Blueberries<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. Fresh lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp. Sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp. Flour<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup Honey almond granola<\/li>\n<li>Pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp. Cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tsp. Ginger<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup Brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>5 tbsp. Cold unsalted butter (cubed)<\/li>\n<li>Possible Toppings: ice cream, cr\u00e8me fraiche, sour cream with sugar.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Preheat oven to 375 F. Butter 4 small pie dishes or 1 8&#215;12 baking pan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Boil perogies and stir occasionally for 5 mins. Drain and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, toss peaches and blueberries with lemon juice. Add sugar and flour and mix to coat well.<\/li>\n<li>Divide perogies in pie dishes or add to baking pan. Top with peach and blueberry mixture.<\/li>\n<li>In a small mixing bowl, mix granola, salt, cinnamon and ginger. Add brown sugar and mix well. Add butter and mix with your hands to break down the butter to a crumbly mixture.
