(454g) Pelmen Foods Savoury Perogies<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp. Canola oil<\/li>\n<li>1 cup Each red, yellow and green peppers,  (sliced in thin strips)<\/li>\n<li>1 cup Zucchini (cut in strips)<\/li>\n<li>1 Small red onion (cut in 8 wedges)<\/li>\n<li>Tortillas<\/li>\n<li>1 cup Old cheddar (grated)<\/li>\n<li>1 cup Salsa<\/li>\n<li>1 cup Guacamole<\/li>\n<li>Lime wedges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Fajita Seasoning:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tsp. Chili powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. Salt<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. Brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. Paprika<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp. Onion powder<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp. Garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp. Ground cumin<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tsp. Cayenne pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Possible Toppings: Chives, Cilantro, Jalapeno Peppers, Monterey Jack Cheese, Sour Cream<\/h4>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>To make fajita seasoning: In a small bowl, all the seasoning spices and mix well, set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add perogies and cook stirring occasionally for 5 mins, drain and set aside<\/li>\n<li>In a large non-stick pan, heat 2 tbsp. of oil over medium-high heat. Add peppers, zucchini and red onions and stir until well coated with oil.<\/li>\n<li>Add 1 tbsp. of seasoning and mix well. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally until vegetables have softened and caramelized. Remove from pan and keep warm.<\/li>\n<li>Heat remaining 1 tbsp. of oil, add perogies and fry until golden, 5-6 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Divide perogies on tortilla\u2019s, top with vegetables and cheddar cheese.
