Halloumi & Dried Mint

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (454g) Pelmen Foods Savoury Perogies
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • ½ cup Halloumi cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp. Dried mint
  • Possible Toppings: Chives, Greek Yogurt.

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt and perogies, cook stirring occasionally for 6 mins. Reserve 2 tbsp. of perogy water.
  • Add perogies to large platter and toss with reserved water.
  • Toss with cheese and dried mint and serve warm
