Our state-of the-art manufacturing equipment ensures the highest quality of our product at every stage in the production and supply chain process, adhering to the safety and quality control measures. We operate two facilities (processing and cold storage) which are HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) recognized by the CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency).
The CFIA works in collaboration with Health Canada concerning food safety issues, and both meat processing establishment and cold storage are federally inspected and monitored by CFIA’s CVS (Compliance Verification System) conducted daily.
We maintain eligibility to export to the United States of America by adhering to the standards and regulations extended through their relevant authorities, the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) and the FSIS (Food Safety Inspection Service).
Annual 3rd party food safety audits are conducted at both facilities. Our processing facility is FSSC:22000 certified under an auditing scheme recognized by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) with the sole purpose of harmonizing food quality and food safety standards globally.
Adhering to all standards, we ensure that the manufactured food for our customers’ safety is processed under the strictest of guidelines.
