Halloumi & Dried Mint
- 1 pkg. (454g) Pelmen Foods Savoury Perogies
- 1 tsp. Salt
- ½ cup Halloumi cheese (grated)
- 1 tbsp. Dried mint
- Possible Toppings: Chives, Greek Yogurt.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt and perogies, cook stirring occasionally for 6 mins. Reserve 2 tbsp. of perogy water.
- Add perogies to large platter and toss with reserved water.
- Toss with cheese and dried mint and serve warm
